2. Transmission:
The W136II wheel loader with Yuchai engine has a planetary gearbox. As the rear frame of this gearbox is strengthened, the W136II skip loader is much better for heavy-duty load and carry operatins, civil and building construction, earth moving, waste handling, recycling, landscaping, quarrying, aggregates, block handling, timber yards, agriculture and more. 3. Structural parts:
All the rigid structural parts are manufactured by us, and all the parts are well robotically welded. Moreover, the ball blasting and vibration treatment can release the welding stress. 4. Drive axle:
The drive axle consists of a main reducer and two hub reducers that are connected by two shafts. The main reducer uses bevel gears and the hub ones planetary gears. A brake shoe with a brake disc is applied for dry caliper brake. It’s better for maintenance and radiation. 5. Joystick:
For the W136II wheel loader with Yuchai engine, single-lever joystick control is optional. The joystick is adjustable forward and back to control the boom lifting up and down. Meanwhile, the joystick can move to left and right to control the bucket dump and load. Single-lever joystick is much more effective and convenient than a two-lever joystick control system.
