Wheel Loader with Yuchai Engine
Description:
This W136 wheel loader is kind of heavy equipment widely used in mining and construction, and it’s designed with a Yuchai engine and the engine is an anti-oil geared starter motor with large-flow PU air filter, thereby safe to use and easy to maintain.
The rated payload of this front loader is 3tons and the bucket capacity can be 1.8m3or2.2m3. The improved hydraulic response of this loading machine gives the operator better feel and control of the bucket, and the spacious and comfortable cab allows for productive and fatigue-free operation. Also, the cab is equipped with an air conditioner, shock-absorbing seat with safety belt, radio and speaker. Moreover, this loader consumes1.67L/hour less fuel when compared with the similar loading equipment.

2. Gearbox:
The ZL30 planetary gearbox is designed with a single-stage hydraulic torque converter and has 2 front and 1 rear speeds. The hydraulic power delivers smooth and reliable shift to the gearbox. The maximum permissible temperature is 120℃. This transmission system delivers strong power, reliable operation and low-cost maintenance.
3. Meritor-made drive axle:
The Meritor-made drive axle features reliability and extended working life. Its front axle is rigidly mounted to bear internal torque load as well as to support the front loader. And the rear axle can help to avoid oscillating, thus making the wheel loader stable on the roughest terrain. A spiral bevel gear with differential is applied for its main reducer, and the hub reducer is equipped with planetary gear. As a dry caliper brake, the air over oil active brake is easy to maintain better for radiating.
4. Hydraulic parts:
Best quality hydraulic pumps, multi-way valves, cylinders, joints, seals and hoses are built into our wheel loader equipped with Yuchai engine. The hydraulic system provides reliable and productive operation, lower oil temperature and better hydraulic pressure assignment. Before shipment, we have strictly tested the wheel loader in oil leak, oil temperature, operation and power.
5. Control lever:
The control lever, also known as operating lever or operating rod, of the wheel loader with Yuchai engine, is standard. One lever is utilized to control the boom lifting up and down, and the other is to control the tilt and dump of the bucket.
6. Joystick:
A Pilot single-lever joystick is optional, to enhance productivity, and the joystick is movable in four different directions to control the boom and bucket.
