Description:

The 5T wheel loader with Weichai engine is a heavy-duty engineering machine mainly used in mining and construction industries. This W156 skip loader has a rated load of 5tons and a bucket capacity of 2.5 m³ to 3.6 m³. Its 3427mm long wheelbase and big bucket cylinder provide bigger breakout force, better stability and reliability. 
The computer finite element analysis delivers a reasonable loader design, and high-quality robotic welding and shot blasting treatment effectively remove the welding stress. This 5T wheel loader is equipped with a Weichai engine and this engine is designed based the advanced fuel-efficient technology, with a special exhaust gas recirculation system to decrease the combustion temperature. 
Additionally, an air conditioner is optional for the spacious cab of this 5T wheel loader with Weichai engine. Shock-absorbing seat with safety belt, radio and speakers inside the operator station provide comfortable and safe operation environment.

2. Gearbox:

 

This W156 5T wheel loader with Weichai engine is equipped with a ZL50 planetary gearbox. This gearbox has a single-stage hydraulic torque converter, and 2 forward and 1 backward speeds. Maximum permissible temperature is 120℃. Generally speaking, this transmission system provides strong power, smooth operation and low-cost maintenance.    

3. Cab:

  

(1).The front light of this cab is the unique design of World Group itself. Mosaic structure and integrated structure roof deliver beautiful shape.
(2). The arc-shaped windshield is made from laminated glass and provides a broad vision for operator; the glass of the other three sides is tempered glass that provides good safety. 
(3). Inside the spacious cab, all-direction adjustable and two-way shock absorptng seat is designed for low-effort comfort, and even if under bumping, noisy and dusty environments or overloading conditions, operators can easily and comfortably finish the work. 

4. Structural parts:

  

The robotic welding is applied for the high-rigidity steel beam structure, so the structure has a better anti-overload capacity and higher anti-torque coefficient. Moreover, these structural parts are of enhanced design, impact-resistance, reliability and good loading capacity, so it can be used in various harsh mining fields. 

5. Joystick:

 

A single-lever joystick is optional. It is high efficient and easy to operate. The joystick can be moved into four different directions to control the boom and bucket. 

6. Drive axle:

This drive axle provides reliable performance and extended service life. It is corrosion resistant, and CE and GOST certificated. To bear internal torque loads and better support the 5T wheel loader, the front axle is rigidly mounted to the frame. And the rear axle can help the wheel loading machine stably stop on the roughest terrain. The main reducer is equipped with spiral bevel gears with differential, and the hub reducer with planetary gears.
