Description:
This W2425LC-8 large crawling digger is designed for mining and construction work, such as digging trenches, holes, foundations, handling materials, moving earth, demolition, dredging, etc. Its bucket capacity ranges from 1.9m3 to 2m3 and this 42tons excavating machine is equipped with an original ISUZU engine with a power of 239kw.This W2425LC-8 crawling digger is developed by combining advanced technologies and its optimized hydraulic system are made up of Rexroth hydraulic pump, main valve, swing motor and Toshiba travel motor. The spacious cab provides excellent visibility and easy reach of switches. So this 42tons excavating machine features energy saving, high reliability and operation comfort. Thanks to its good maneuverability and reinforced frame, optimally-configured power train and excellent hydraulic system, this large excavator is able to work under different working conditions.

2. Cab:
The spacious cab of our 42tons excavating machine is equipped with an air conditioner, radio and 6-direction adjustable air seat. The right and left joystick consoles can be adjusted to meet different individual preferences, in which way the comfort and productivity of the operator is improved.
3. Hydraulic parts(pump, valve):
The Rexroth hydraulic pump and Rexroth valve offer large displacement and high pressure. The power curve matches the engine power curve perfectly to deliver smooth operation.
4. Structural parts(bucket, chassis):
The extended chassis is reinforced to support the large excavator to work in difficult environment. All the rollers and track shoes are of high quality with longer service life. The x-chassis and the upper frame are produced by us. The high welding quality and strict ultrasonic testing provide high strength and high rigidity.
